The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made on www.AgadirCamelRiding.com. Please take a moment to read them before making a Booking.
DEFINITIONS
"Company", "we", "us", "our": Refers to Agadir Camel Riding SARL, a limited company operating under current Moroccan legislation.
"Customer": The person who pays for the Booking.
"Travellers", "Guests", "Passengers": All individuals named and unnamed on the Booking.
"You" and "your": Refers to any customer, including all passengers (or any of them as applicable) named on a Booking.
"Tour Operator": Agadir Camel Riding SARL, responsible for providing the camel tour services.
"Booking": The booking for camel tour services made with us.
"Reservation Confirmation": The written confirmation of the Booking sent to you by email.
"Terms": These terms and conditions.
"Website", "Websites": Refers to www.AgadirCamelRiding.com or any other website owned or operated by us.
ONLINE BOOKING PROCEDURE
The person making the Booking must be at least 14 years of age and is responsible for following the online booking process, ensuring all details provided are correct and complete, and making full payment.
Upon entering into a contract with Agadir Camel Riding SARL, the Company will undertake the necessary formalities to organize the requested camel tour services.
The contract becomes legally binding only when you have received your Reservation Confirmation by email. If we are unable to provide the requested services, you will be informed and reimbursed the full amount by the same method as the payment was made, leaving us with no further liability to you.
You are required to acknowledge all notifications we send to you. However, if you fail to acknowledge receipt of an email, the records on our email server shall be considered proof of receipt.
The act of us sending you the confirmation of charges and payments made by you shall not be considered as binding you to any contract.
The Booking confirmation, which must be presented to the guide, should be either printed or displayed as a screenshot on your phone and be readily available for inspection.
Minors are strictly prohibited from seeking any service from us, and their parents, legal guardians, or other responsible persons should contact us immediately should a minor make a Booking. This will enable us to cancel the registration immediately. Minors are not allowed to participate in the tours without an adult accompanying them.
PAYMENTS
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including PayPal, credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation is available if the booking is canceled 24 hours in advance, and a full refund will be issued.
